WHY

 

Coronavirus crisis created new problems and highlighted existing ones – and at the same time it created new opportunities both for the HR professionals and for the ecosystem that serves them. However, to solve these problems and to take advantage of these opportunities, a new level of collaboration within the industry, and a flash of creativity are necessary. Hack HR was created to provide an open, collaborative platform for that purpose.

Hack HR is an Open Innovation event aimed at creating ingenious, unorthodox solutions for everyone involved in the HR industry, from HR professionals to cities to companies providing various HR services. Its purpose is to help you to come up with new ideas, to explore new business models and new technologies, and to immediately test these ideas with your fellow participants. You’ll also forge new collaborations to help you start implementing your ideas the day after the event.

Engaging flexible workforce

Create better processes and tools for employers to help them quickly integrate a growing number of freelancers with employees.

Recruiting technical profiles

Substantially scale up recruitment, training, and retention of young employees for technical jobs in mobility, construction, telecom, energy, and other industries.

Integrating HR management tools

Enable data sharing between different HR tools (payroll, core HR, business intelligence, learning & development) to create a unified perspective on employee performance and learning.

HOW IS THE CONTENT OF HACK HR CREATED?

The upcoming Ecosystem Workshops (one per theme) are your first opportunity to learn more about the Themes and the Challenges of Hack HR, to have an impact on the content of the event, and of course to start building new connections with other future participants.

IN-PERSON EVENTS FOR THE POST-COVID-19 ERA

Experience shows that online events do not provide the kind of human connection and collaborative creativity necessary for a successful innovation experience.

Hack Healthcare will take place in person with full range of precautions: number of participants within permitted limits, disposable masks and hand gels, overnight cleaning, etc.

In case tightened regulations make the events impossible on their scheduled dates, the events will be postponed by approximately 3 months.
